Planning news:
More large infrastructure consents this month, with the Secretary of State for Transport granting consent for the Luton Airport expansion after several delays.
Amendments have been proposed to the Planning & Infrastructure Bill to remove statutory consultees from the NSIP consent process.
On the 24th April the Planning and Infrastructure Bill Committee sat for the first time and began hearing evidence from a number of key experts and stakeholders from across the sector. The next stages for the Bill are the Report Stage and 3rd Reading before ascending to the House of Lords.

Secured planning permission for a mansard extension to a mews house with roof terrace above in LB Camden.
Devised a winning planning strategy using PD rights to achieve the extension the client wanted in LB Havering.
Successful retrospective planning permission to retain a glazed balcony infill in a conservation area in LB Islington.
Prior Approval for Class MA office to residential conversion in Dacorum Borough Council.
